Can anyone help me determine his breed?

He is a domestic shorthair. His color and pattern is blue and white bi-color, i the tuxedo pattern. Ie he is a blue and white tuxedo.This is my baby boy Smokey "Mischief" Cage. His third generation and identical to his Uncle Nino and Grandma Selina. I'm trying to determine his breed If anybody can help me identify his bread I would greatly appreciate it. thank you
The white-spot gene is strong, so its not much peculiar this pattern is recurring in the family.
