I'm going to be difficult and say girl, lol. The opening is a slit and is too close to the anus for a boy. There is some variation so they don't all look the same, I think this picture shows the more subtle kitties well.

How old is the kitten?

The vet said maybe girl at 4 weeks but wasn’t 100% we found it and bottle fed it were not sure on age but my guess is 6-7 weeks in the pic I took
