Not a bombay. The thicker tail, tufts on toe beans and long ear wisps means he will be a domestic long hair. He should poof out as he gets older. So cute!

Domestic long hair (or short hair -- is your cat young? might be kitten fluff). 95% of cats are no specific breed; it's not the same as dogs.
