Masud - you feed the olive oil to her. even 1/2 teaspoon at her size a few times a week would help. I agree with others here that it looks like a flea problem.
And please do not use flea shampoo. As others have said, it is very dangerous for such a little baby, let alone an adult cat. No flea collar. Same reason. Or any other "over the counter" treatment.
She probably also has internal parasites. This would be a good bet. Have you actually taken her to one of the vets you mentioned? I would bet good money she has roundworms. Most kittens do.
Frontline or Advantage, are best. Revolution also treats roundworms, hookworms and ear mites. Drontal, Strongid T and I think Profender treat the ones in the intestines.
I don't know if you can get any of these things there.
