So, I'm sorry if I'm going about this all wrong, but I'm just so befuddled. My roommates have a cat, six year old female, who I normally get along with. She's very friendly, very playful and an all around very sweet cat. For whatever reason, my roommates haven't gone to get her fixed. This wouldn't bother me too bad if she didn't essentially glue herself to me and my things. Back when I kept my room accessible at all times she would come in a pee on my things. Now it gets to the point where, during her heat, she wants nothing to do with her actual owners and goes absolutely nuts around me. Best example is this afternoon. My roommate had been up for a while with the kitty sitting quietly by a corner. The *moment* I get up she goes right to me, meowing at me feet, outside the bathroom door, rubbing all over my feet as I eat, etc. I don't get it! Why wouldn't she do this with the people who own her and who she seems to generally trust more when not in heat???
