This is the one I have http://www.armarkat.com/classic-cat-...1/prod_25.html
It's not quite as stable as I would like, but better than I expected. I got one with a relatively small footprint to fit my space, and over 6' tall to keep the kitties happy. I works just fine in the corner, wobbles a little when they all jump on it at once, but it's never tipped over. It took me maybe 10 minutes to put together.
I've had it for about a year, with anywhere from 3 to 6 cats, and it's still in excellent condition. The main part is the faux fleece and the hammock is faux fur. I just use a cat brush on it because it's really awkward to vacuum above my head. The faux fur seems to be easier to keep clean and looks nicer, but that may be because none of my cats will use the hammock.
Well, they will sleep on it if I lay it on the floor, but they apparently don't like the swinging part.
BTW: The little dangly toys disappeared within the first week.
