For our April book, we’ve come up with 6 titles that sound interesting. One is the true story about a blind cat and the woman who adopted him. The others are novels, including a legal thriller, cozy mystery and historical romance.
So fellow TCS readers, we need you to vote to narrow the list down to three books.
The book that gets the most votes will be April’s choice.
The 2nd and 3rd runners up will be choices for later months.
Since there’s 6 books to choose from, and as we’re feeling generous, we’re giving everyone 3 votes !!!
So of the 6 titles, you can vote for 1, 2 or 3 that you’d like to be future book club choices.
Note that you can only click the "Vote" button once, so make sure you vote for all 3 books at once.
Votes are anonymous, btw, so no one will know who voted, or which books they voted for. Voting does not commit you to reading the book, but of course, we hope you do, as the more readers, the better.
The poll will run for 5 days, giving everyone a chance to vote, and then time to acquire the book by April.
Feel free to post any questions and/or comments below.
Here are the descriptions for the 6 books.
Homer's Odyssey by Gwen Cooper - non fiction, cats, biography
In Five Years by Rebecca Serle - fiction, romance, magical realism, time travel
Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella – fiction, romance, humour, ghosts
Louisiana Longshot by Jana Deleon – fiction, cozy mystery, humour
The Summons by John Grisham – fiction, legal thriller
Loving Frank by Nancy Horan – fiction, historical, romance
