Hi. I'm rover and am the proud Dad to two cats, Sophia:
and Bocelli:
I adopted them about a year and a half ago. Sophia is from the Seattle area where she was adopted by her previous Mom & Dad, who then went to Naples, Italy for a tour of military duty, where they saved a little 5 week old blind kitten from the middle of a busy street, and that guy grew up to be Bocelli. They transferred back to Seattle, then when they were transferred again, decided not to make the cats keep moving, so that's how they ended up with me. Sophia is @7 and Bocelli is @4.
Bocelli gets around great in spite of his blindness. He loves to play and chase his sister, can hop on chairs or the bed and has never had any problems finding his food or litter box. Sophia is a little more aloof, but once she decides you're ok, she'll be your best buddy.
Here is a pic of them together:
and in their halloween costumes:
I'll look forward to getting to know the people and cats here!
