I love love love love love American cookies!! Does anyon know any recipes and how do you get them all gooey and gorgeous? I will be sooooo excited if you guys have any!!!

The key to gooey goodness is taking them out when the edges are just turning brown. They tend to continue to cook a bit, so if you let the tops get brown, the cookies will be crunchy...still good, but if you want gooey, you have to take them out sooner.
