I think I'll reread Cosmos. I've been depressed lately, so maybe I should read something I know I enjoy.
I'm not familiar with that series and will have to check it out.Still working on the Cats in Trouble mysteries! I really, REALLY like this series. The protagonist is charming, interesting and likeable, and her three cats are...cats. Real cats. With wonderful personalities that are totally rounded, all different. These cats are very smart, but they are "real cat" smart, not "Joe Grey" or "Midnight Louis" smart.
I pretty much did the same thing until the series went in a house fire a while back. I may replace it at some point, but there are other titles that come first at this point in my life.-it's called Mordant's Need by Stephen R. Donaldson.
I wish I could do a December shipment. Alas, it will have to wait until after Christmas. I won't have much time for reading until then anyway.I pretty much did the same thing until the series went in a house fire a while back. I'm still reading the "Cats in Trouble" series, I'm on the next to the last. Today my December shipment of books arrived, so I have the few books I need to complete my Harrison Investigations and my Krew of Hunters books (well...I still need to get the novellas that are in the 1001 Dark Nights collection). AND I now have a replacement for my copy of "Alas, Babylon."
I was looking for another cat mystery series after finishing the Cat in the Stacks one. Now I'm on book #3 of the Cats in Trouble series. Thanks for the tip!Still working on the Cats in Trouble mysteries! I really, REALLY like this series. The protagonist is charming, interesting and likeable, and her three cats are...cats. Real cats.
