I currently have two cats and am adopting another to get the kitty population back up to three. Last time I introduced new cat to the others one at a time and worked out well.  I was wondering if I should use this technique again or if New cat should meet Old cats all at once?

And yes I know all about the scent swapping, safe room, etc

Generally introducing all at once can be very very stressful for new kitty.  I would do it the way you did last time, if successful.  Why mess with success?  Trying to push things further faster could be disasterous.

Slower might be better but when we got our kitten we let him explore the house right away and the only one tramatized was my cat tigger. The kitten hesiitated coming out at first because Chris was practically in the carrier with him but after that he wasn't bothered at all by his new surroundings.
