is right, we need more information.
I can say about the scared part that a muffled ticking clock (wrap a towel around it), a heartbeat toy or a purr toy, and a sock filled with dry beans or rice and gently heated in the microwave (be sure it's not too hot, if it is wrap it in a towel) for it to snuggle with can help.
Rather than water, can you or whoever has it give it unflavored Pedialyte, kitten glop and/or Kitten milk replacer?
