Yes, if it hasn't gotten better he should be taken to a vet, that way you know if something is actually wrong! Better safe than sorry.

My cat had urinary problem not too long ago, and had to take him to the vet. He now has to eat a special food, but when he had it wrong with him it was bad. he could barely walk, and the main sign is that there is no pee clumps, or if they are very small. Either that or he is peeing somewhere else?
