    Help! Digestive Issues!

I did buy a fountain and returned it back to Amazon- I had two cats at the time and neither of them went near it. I think I'm gonna try again, worth a shot.

    Help! Digestive Issues!

Adding water to his food didn't work, tried that last summer. He's the type of cat if he doesn't like something he will not eat it even if he's starving. I really wish I could get him to eat better quality food too.

    Help! Digestive Issues!

Thanks so much for the response! I was actually going to cut out the salmon UR tonight and see what happens, he's been eating it straight since October for his late night snack and sometimes he evens wakes me up for a second helping. The only reason why I still even give it to him is because it...

    HELP! HAIRBALLS!

My boy tried it today and walked away from his plate of wet food. Any particular food you put it in? I really want to get him to use it. I only tried 1/8 tsp of it

    HELP! HAIRBALLS!

I actually just bought the Vets Best today, should be here tomorrow. I tried giving him the egg yolk lecithin earlier in some wet food, he walked away and wouldn’t eat it. Super bummed cause I was hoping that would cure some of this.

    HELP! HAIRBALLS!

Long story short, my cat had PU surgery back in June and I think he's been experiencing problems with hairballs since then. The only way I can describe his problem is he does one normal poop either after dinner or late night, once he does that he's back & forth a few times overnight doing much...

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

That actually sounds exactly like what's happening to my cat. Since he threw up fur the other nite, his tummy has been so much better. I comb him the best I can or should I say the best he'll tolerate. I need to find something to help him pass fur. I'm going to start giving him his hairball gel...

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

When I got home from work, he actually threw up quite a bit of hair which he hadn't done in awhile. When he pooped after dinner, he actually pooped out alot of fur also and didn't have any tummy trouble after that. I'm interested in those cocotherapy hairball you posted. Have you had good luck...

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

The vet never suggested Colitis but after I just googled it, it makes a lot of sense because my cat suffers from anxiety and takes amitriptyline for it and I saw stress brings on Colitis. He's never been on metronidazole, does the help with these issues?

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

I've been thinking food intolerance for awhile, I thought I had him on a schedule with his food, went over a week this time and developed issues yesterday with same food. I just feel bad for him, hopefully I'll figure it out. I'm gonna call the vet again tomorrow.

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

My vets at a loss too, he suggested B12 shots in case he's B12 deficient but that didn't work. He gets Proviable DC in his breakfast every morning, I'm only guessing at being hairball related because when he starts to show signs of hairballs this gets worse. He's only thrown up a monster...

    HELP with Hairball/Loose Stool!

I hope someone has some advice on this because I feel like I have tried everything at this point. Long story short, my 6yr old cat Brady had the PU surgery back in June and was on all kinds of antibiotics. He came home with diarrhea and I chalked that up to all the meds in him. He seemed to even...

Several Questions for Cat Owners who had PU Surgery

He came home from surgery with diarrhea from 4am-6am like clockwork every morning then I thought he was constipated because his stools became hard. Everything went back to normal, then he developed this issue where he would do one normal poop at night start to cry then in and out of the box with...

Several Questions for Cat Owners who had PU Surgery

Since surgery he's had loose stool, I think from a food sensitivity which is kinda under control at the moment (knock on wood). I'm pretty certain the loose stool led to this e-coli situation to begin with. I just think he's too chunky to reach that entire area to clean thoroughly, I upped me...

Several Questions for Cat Owners who had PU Surgery

OO didn't realize Cosequin came in chewables? He loves treats and I've read all good things about giving cats Cosequin.

Several Questions for Cat Owners who had PU Surgery

Since surgery too, he's had ongoing bouts of loose stool too which I think was a food sensitivity so I'm always afraid to give him anything extra. Maybe I'll start with d-mannose a few times a week with the corn silk daily, both lowest doses. I'm always afraid to do something to rock the boat.
