update! the vet confirmed that the lump is from the rabies vaccine. she said in the next three months it should slowly go away, but if it doesn't we will need to get it biopsied. thank you everybody for your replies and advice, I will definitely be looking more into vaccine reactions.

also, to clarify, it is even more confusing because the paper work that says she is spayed and rabies vaccinated is dated BEFORE the one that says she isn't spayed or vaccinated. ???? also, the lump is about the size of a marble.
