My newly adopted kitten got her first distemper shot at 8 weeks old, and a 2nd at 12 weeks old. The shelter says the next one is one year later, but the vet says 4 weeks later. I wonder whether I should take her to a third one soon?

Thanks for the helpful reply! I am not sure she has toe tufts; her back paws may have a little bit:) So I guess she is not going to be long-haired, but may be medium haired?

Some of her hairs in the back are 2 inches long. Just wonder whether she is going to be a short-hair cat or a medium-hair one. She also has ear tufts that are 1 inch long. Her tail is not bushy though.
