I just saw this on someone's FB page and I think it's fabulous.. all their own percussion. The bells are amazing!
That was pretty cool. Wonder how long it took them to work out all the sounds.

❓Anyone remember this ...
Nope. Never heard that one before.

I miss you guys! I didn't bring my laptop on my weekend trip, so I haven't been able to play catch up on the music ( rubysmama rubysmama has probably already passed me), but I have some ideas for cat music and maybe others once I'm home tomorrow night!
I'm not making much progress. I think I'm on page 43.

Indeed I do!
How about this one:
I don't remember that one either. However, I do remember the tv show with Kenny Rogers and the First Edition, and having a bit of a crush on Terry Williams.

Three, Four!
Three, Four!
Three, Four!
All this energy callin' me
Back where it comes from.
It's such a crude attitude,
Its back where it belongs.
All the little kids growin' up on the skids are goin':
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks.
Jumpin' James Jean, is moonin' James Dean while goin':
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks.
Mama knows but she don't care;
She's got her worries too.
Seven kids and a phony affair,
And the rent is due.
All the little chicks with the crimson lips go:
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks.
Livin' in sin with a safety pin goin':
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks.
I got some records from World War Two,
I Play 'em just like me grand dad do.
He was a rocker and I am too.
Now Cleveland Rocks, yeah, Cleveland Rocks.
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks,
Cleveland Rocks, Cleveland Rocks, CLEVELAND ROCKS!
Ohio.

This thread is still pretty quiet, but it's been a couple weeks since we had a new theme, so I'll pull one off the waiting list. Keeping with the summer themes, this is one I think @maggiedemi suggested.

And for reference, here's the themes we've had so far:

Remember, themes don't expire. Themes aren't even necessary. They're just something we do for fun, and to help us think of songs to post.

So post any song you like. Something new or something old. This thread is, after all, the "Thread Devoted to Sharing Your Favorite Albums and Songs".

And, no rules, except of course to not post anything objectionable.

BTW, to post the theme icon on top of your song, just right click on the icon, then copy and paste. And to post a song, just search Google for a song you like. And when the Youtube link comes up, right click it, copy and paste it here. :compsurfing:

NOW you're talkin', Lari Lari . Anyone see Moshow on twitter lately? I haven't, but I do follow a lot of people on there.
Don't have twitter! But he hasn't posted on youtube lately, where I do follow him.

I'm going to unashamedly post Brandy by Looking Glass again because I love it and there's sailors in it.

Carmen Lombardo / John Jacob Loeb
A sailboat in the moonlight
And you
Wouldn't that be heaven
A heaven just for two
A soft breeze on a June night and you
What a perfect setting
For letting dreams come true
A chance to sail away
To Sweetheart Bay
Beneath the stars that shine
A chance to drift
For you to lift
Your tender lips to mine
Some things dear
That I long for are few
Just give me a sailboat in the moonlight and you
A chance to sail away
To Sweetheart Bay
Beneath the stars that shine
A chance to drift
For you to lift
Your tender lips to mine
Some things dear
That I long for are few
Just give me a sailboat in the moonlight and you
