Solid Gold was part of my rotation when I was feeding dry food. My sensitive boy did really well with it.

Does anyone use crystal litter? I am looking for feedback on different brands. I read good reviews for the one by Nature's Miracle but it has been out of stock for a while so I am looking at different options.

I used to buy Evangers cans for my dog but since their recent recall I have been afraid to. The only other cat food I can think of that matches your criteria (hopefully) is Koha but I don't know much about them and it seemed expensive. You are in a tight spot with all those restrictions...

Yes it does, unfortunately not all companies list it on the bags. I would use an average amount for calculations if you don't know. I'm not sure what the average ash is in dry food though, I only feed wet now. This website has been helpful to me when comparing carb content of foods...

I also leave wet food out for the cats overnight. I put a meal out right before I go to bed. It's all gone in the morning and no one has ever gotten sick from me doing this.

I was doing a mix of wet and dry food until one of my cats started having urinary issues. Now all of the cats eat wet only and they are all doing great. I use the chart at catinfo.org to find food with low to moderate phosphorus, high protein, and low carbs. Catfooddb.com is also helpful...

As for dry food, EVO is really good and my cats liked it. Wellness Core is also good but none of my three cats would touch it. I do consider Orijen and Nature's Variety Instinct to be high quality dry foods as well. I don't trust Taste of the Wild dry foods for the same reason I don't trust...

I just looked at the cans at work and they changed the ingredients yet again, with no mention of it on their website. :( They added beef liver so now I can't do it anyway because Spike with throw up everywhere if he eats beef. I'm really glad I noticed at least before I bought any...

Thanks for the input. I have seen the carb content stated at different percentages on different websites so that's why I was confused. I guess it wouldn't hurt to add it in to the rotation and add extra water. All of my babies like it.
