Definitely never dehydrated, this cat is always drinking. :)
I went to the vet, she says it is likely a virus from our new kitten that's maybe turned into conjuncitivitis. Eye drops and watching him. I hope he's okay.
Sounds like this baby is suffering a lot. Perhaps you should consider helping this baby cross the rainbow bridge. I know it is hard to think about but if it cannot have an enjoyable life then it should be at peace. This is only my opinion. I hope you find the answers you seek.

Baby kitty has a fungal infection that did should very little florescence with the black light (vet's was better than mine). Vet thinks I've been treating it appropriately and that it's clearing up. As of today his hair is growing back in both places. :) And no signs of fungus on my big baby.

My 5 month old shelter kitten had this perfectly round spot on his ear that was shown to the vet and dismissed as a burn or birth mark. Now it is more prominent and the kitten has a balding patch on his back with skin on that area that looks like this spot.

They can't be ingrown hairs, and the hair seems to surround a core piece of skin? So strange. I hope it is nothing to worry about!
