I have good luck with Farmina. My picky boy wont eat lamb, but I do have the Venison and Pumpkin and the N&D Wild Boar and Apple in our rotation.

I feed the venison and pumpkin canned food from Farmina. That has been difficult to get. And the quality of it has gone down too. Much less venison and more water.

The closest store is 73 miles away. I'll keep looking for something else. But thank you for the suggestion. I hate living in the middle of nowhere.

It says out of stock for me on Chewy's. The only style they have is the pate. I'm weary of feeding anything with gums in it. Is guar gum ok?

Was there a recall or is it just the cat food shortage? I cannot find it anywhere. I'm trying to stay away from the gums and stuff so havent tried the pates. Is guar gum safe? I noticed that some of their other foods have xanthan or cassis gums too. Are those ok?

Does anyone feed this to their cats? Is it good? With the food shortages, I thought I would try to add some more brands and options to the rotation.

I havent noticed the price of the cat foods I buy go up, BUT the quality has certainly taken a nose dive. I've had some cans of food be full of fatty cartilage like chunks, and hair. And I have had a few that were almost just water and no meat.

What about freeze dried raw? I rotate between Primal, Stella & Chewy's, and Feline Natural. You can break the pieces or use a coffee grinder make real fine and then add extra water.

I always add water to my cats wet food. He isnt good at drinking water unless it's in his food. I don't know if that would help
