Just got off the phone with the vet. I sent along the picture, and considering her appetite, activity level, etc., she isn't concerned that it's TOO serious, but suggested we keep her on antibiotics for another week and run a bladder X-Ray to rule out a stone. Will be taking her in today!

She was intrigued by the fountain and drank from it a little bit. At first she was sticking her head right in the dish but getting hit by the faucet! This is her afternoon slump so she probably won't drink more until this evening. Fingers crossed!

Just to add, I'm hopeful that the new fountain will do the trick but the bigger problem is mainly breaking this dependence on me to swish her water or run the faucet. Usually, in the first half of the day, any movement from me triggers her to run to the dish. Getting up from my computer chair...
