this looks like an eye infection to me. you'd have to go to the vet and get a topical antibiotic ointment to clear it up. left untreated, the infection might get worse and result in kitty needing her eye taken out (enucleated).

She definitely has had bowel movements since starting on the laxatone. she went a few times and it was solid, and then once it was liquid. right now she only really seems to be eating in the middle of the night and in the very early morning.
