    How would I describe her?

Seal-tortie point shorthair! Those are one of the more uncommon types of cats, so you're lucky to have one!

Any guesses on what breed my cat's are???

Looks like Domestic Longhairs to me, but they could be part Norse Skogkatt (I. E. VERY long fur, tuxedo bicoloration, short neck collar). See below image, it's very useful vvv

    Is This A Caliby?

The cat is a dense ticked tabico. The kitten is a brown ticked tuxedo tabby.

    Nala Mixed Bengal?

I see no Bengal, probably just a DSH brown mackerel tuxedo tabby. Bengals can't have white splotches on them.

    Everyone screams Calico

DSH blue calico cat. They're quite common, just as much as the black calico.

What does this feral kitten I'm adopting look like?

Not all Snowshoes look the same. Snowshoes can range from having just white gloves, to having just little Siamese spots. What you're seeing on google images are "perferred" Snowshoe cats.

    Bengal Tabby mix?

DSH brown spotted tuxedo tabby. I don't really see any Bengal in there.

Any other breed, or 'just' little tabbies?

Looks like a DSH brown spotted tabby cat to me.

What pattern does my kitten have?

Silver torbie! An uncommon type of tabby. This cat is a DSH, very rare to find in those types of cats. Usually, it's found in breeds like Persian, BSH and Turkish Angora.
