I am happy to report my arms are back in working order and not too sore. I was able to get the massive piles of branches bundled up (My exercise for the day) and will drop them at the local yard waste center tomorrow. We are supposed to have some snow on Tuesday and I don’t want to have them snow covered or sitting in the yard all winter.

The one I have would not be long enough for you. I just fit in it. It locks in place well
I have a treadmill. I haven't used it since my stomach snapped after stepping off it a year ago, and I almost died. Not the fault of the treadmill, just starvation and over-exercising.

Took my 2 hour walk inside today. It seems like I get a better workout inside, the way I am constantly turning and going in and out of rooms.

Yesterday I went for a walk with one of my neighbours. Chatting as we walked made the time go quickly and feel less like a chore. Only negative, she has shorter legs than me, so I had so slow down my pace. But it was still exercise, and better than nothing.

30 minutes on the elliptical today. Earlier this morning when I was putting Mooch's "gravy" in the fridge I knocked out a small can of soda from the top and it landed on my middle toe. It's not broken; just bruised. I was ok on the elliptical with it as long as I didn't try to bend my toes. I'm glad it didn't stop me from getting in a workout.

Yesterday I worked just cleaning because of covid. Whiping everything touched so in the office door handles, keyboards, mouse, tables, phones, walkies, and the most difficult, lockers. I did one row every time squatting at the bottom, lots of rows! then all over the store and backroom. 5 hour shift at target. Tough workou burned over 500 calories

I went on a long hike yesterday. I climbed Omurayama, which is a little volcano next to Mount Fuji. This isn't my picture, but it's the little volcano to the left of Mount Fuji.

It took 2 hours 15 minutes to get up and an hour to get back down. Then I did about 40 minutes of yoga to stretch my poor, weary muscles after that. Some pictures from the walk.

Unfortunately by the time we got to the top it had clouded over, so this is our rather underwhelming view of Fuji.

2 hour walk inside. Probably will be the same until April, kinda boring. Playlist is John Fogerty and REO Speedwagon this week. I lost 5 pounds after I gave up cappuccino. Are those things really that fattening? I need to gain it back before my dr. appointment on the 10th or I'm gonna be in trouble. No way can I go in there weighing only 112 pounds.

Maybe cut the walk down to 45 minutes. And add more higher fat items to your diet

Cappuccino's have milk, right? And regular coffee does not. So they're be less calories in regular coffee.

One thing you can do to add calories is to switch to real cream in your coffee. And it’s so delicious!

We kayaked for a few hours yesterday. My fitbit says I burned about 500 calories! The water was calm there so it was nice. I got to see heron and turtles and another big water bird I need to look up to identify. Geese too. My arms are a little sore; but ignoreable. I took a lot of pictures to share but I was so tired last night I pigged out at dinner and passed out before everyone else was in bed.

Yes. They have powdered milk and oils in them, so they do have some fat. I have been adding sugar and milk to my coffee the last few days. Thanks for the links. I have several boxes of different mac and cheese and pasta that I might try.

2 hour walk inside. Too cold outside for me and I don't feel like wearing a coat, scarf, and mittens. Next week is Kenny Rogers playlist!

Why don't you Goggle walking clubs/groups in your area? Lots of people love walking and you could meet some people to walk with that way.

Oh, good job! You earnt yourself some carbs too.

I did 90 minutes of yoga on Saturday, 90 minute walk and 45 minutes yoga yesterday. It's looking a bit cloudy today, so I'm going to head out for my walk soon, before the weather decides to rain again.
