Little Boy's Diet Thread.

No weight loss this week, but he has lost a few centimeters around his middle. Point A is just behind his front legs, point B his widest part, point C just in front of his back legs.

When I first measured him he was A 52, B 58, C 54

Now he's A 49, B 58 and C 52. I'm going to have to teach him to breath in when he sees the tape measure coming.

Oh, and I've lost almost one and a half kilos, so the extra walks are doing me some good.

Maybe! He's definitely finding the walks a bit easier these days. He sometimes gallops after grasshoppers and cicada. He couldn't move that fast a month ago.

Just resurrecting this thread to say Little Boy has remained at 8.2 kilos for three weeks now. We've had a lot of wet weather so he hasn't been able to go out for a walk every day. I think that might be why he hasn't lost any more weight. At least he hasn't put any back on.

The only thing I have to report is that Toby joined us on our walk the other day. Toby doesn't need to lose weight, but he was tormenting two of my girl cats so I thought I'd bring him with us to give them a break. It means Little Boy gets a bit more exercise too. On the lie-down breaks Toby insists on wrestling with him.

They look very happy out walking butToby makes him look little boy look rounder Charlotte and baby cat are out side all the time( well in the shed for Charlotte) because the kittens are on the loose most of the time and apparently ate annoying [emoji]128576[/emoji]. Baby Cat is slimer but Charlotte not so much may be l will weigh her because the fur dose get in the way.

Hi @Kat0121  Well he's as handsome as ever, but I'm not sure if he's lost any more weight. The batteries in my scales ran out and I can't find my tape measure.

Coincidence?

Or conspiracy? 

He's been going for his daily walks and I've been restricting him to just half a serving of dry food a day, so hopefully he has lost some more. Now that you've reminded me I'll go and get some more batteries tomorrow.

Way to go!! Slow and steady is the healthiest way to do it!!

Wow, this is a great thread.  I need to read it and see what else I can do for my gal.  I have her on almost all wet.

My issue is not enough exercise, but she's slowly starting to show an interest in playing, so baby steps I suppose.

@Norachan  how is Little Boy doing?? I know he's still handsome and charming because he will always be those but how is the diet going?

He's just a tiny bit under 8 kilos now. We haven't been able to get out for walks as often as I'd like because of the weather. (It rained non-stop for 7 days.) but he's quite active indoors anyway so at least he is still losing weight.

October is usually dry, so I'll be able to take him for more walks this month.
