So, I got the "no news is good news" from the vet....and I pick up my girl in the morning. I did wonder....I was going over everything they were going to do/give her, like the spay, and shots. When she said the shelter covers everything but Rimidryl (could be wrong) shot that is an anti-inflammatory and would help.with pain. It was only $20 and I told them to give it to her.
She's gonna be some kinda of mad when I get her. Plus, I wont be home tomorrow night....My daughter and I are presenting at a conference about mental health awareness in NYC. Naomi will be alone, safe in my bedroom with her own bed, food, litterbox, etc away from the other cats. My husband will be home in the evening.

My girl is home! Skinny as all heck, starving, and wanting to see the other cats, but I'm nervous about letting her be with them.

I think she missed me.

Aww. She should be okay to visit with the others for a bit. Glad she is okay. Bless her heart.

I am new to this site and just found this thread and took a couple of hours and read the whole thing! What an inspiration! I am a foster mom, I currently have two 12 week old kittens, one momma and her 5 week old kittens, and another pregnant momma. I absolutely loved reading through this! I teared up at parts! Gorgeous cats! I love that you kept her! It was a perfect ending (I was upset when I saw that another family might get her). Can't wait for some kitten updates!

Hi, guys,  here's an update!

ALL the kittens are doing wonderfully ! I get plenty of updates and pics, and I'll share some with you  guys later.   For now, I need some advice.

Naomi is being quite mean to our other cats.  I mean, like stalking and attacking them mean, and my cats are NOT reacting well to this.  In fac, one cat, Giddie, is terrified by her and hides all the time.

She actually follows them and meows at them, then attacks.  2 cats have been to the vet from her bites.

What do I do?

She was spayed, I have  felaway going,  they eat together, I give her one on one time, I seperate them, and then as soon as they are back together she starts again.

HELP!

You may need to consider finding her a single cat home. I hope someone here has a brilliant idea.

Have you thought about getting some help from Jackson Galaxy? You've got the kind of difficult situation he likes to solve. My Cat from Hell is casting now.

From @MerrieLovesCats:

Hello! I apologize for bumping up an older thread, but just wanted to say that I'm currently casting season eight of My Cat From Hell. We're looking nationwide for cat parents who are having trouble with their cat's behavior. If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please see https://mycatfromhell.castingcrane.com/  to apply!

I know you said you've separated them, but then Naomi goes back to harassing your other cats. How long have you separated them for? Maybe she needs a longer time out to reset, maybe a week or two, back in the basement/cattery? What about scent swapping? Maybe put a collar on Giddie for a few days, then switch it to Naomi (and vice versa)? If she has Giddie's scent on and around her, maybe she'll feel less aggressive towards actual Giddie?

What a time Naomi has had, and you have lived through with her since she came in to your home.

I hate to say this but although she has now been spayed, after 1 week her evil hormones will still be coursing through her body, she will still be confused and trying to work out everything that has changed in her life (from having kittens to kittens leaving to than being spayed and back in to your multi cat home), and she may well still be uncomfortable after the surgery.    To top all of that, she will have had a dominant status as breeding queen, and now she has been spayed her natural placing among the other cats in your home will not automatically remain.    The other cats having been bitten and injured will also be having an impact on their behaviour and complicating things.

Do you know whether she was used to being in a multi cat household before, or what her behaviour was with other cats?   It may be something she has never been easy with.  Either way, I think SuzanneF's idea of further separation time is a good one if you have the space to do that - though I know you say temperature is an issue in the room you have been using.

She is really sweet when it comes to me. Shes fine with the dogs. She has it in for the 3 cats!

She was in a household with at least 4 cats...her, her daughter Wynonna, her son (probaby the father if ger and Wys kittens ) and one other male. I did notice that she was dominate over Wy.

I can try to put her back in the cattery, but she cries and cries to be back upstairs!!

You are the perfect candidate in my opinion. I am so sick of watching him help someone who can't figure out how to give their cat toys and stimulation. Bringing a new cat home and integrating them are key to adoptions being successful.
