Dinner last spaghetti bolognaise.

That's what we had last night too.

It's just boned chicken with onions, peppers, carrots, celery, potatoes, corn in a chicken stock. 

More chicken tonight....by accident, more than anything. I asked Rick to bring up pork chops from the freezer. In the pork chop container was a huge boneless, skinless breast. He thought it was pork and brought that up to thaw. It's fairly well thawed now, so it must be eaten.

I think we'll cut the breast in half, crust it, saute the thing and have crusted chicken sandwiches (with lettuce and tomatoes) with some roasted butternut squash as a side.

That sounds nice.

Went out with my daughter. We had hamburgers and fries.

I think we're doing frozen pizza tonight. It's not delivery....it's DiGiornio's. 

They're on sale this month at our local grocery store. $5 each. And I had two coupons, one was Buy One Get One. One was Buy Two, Get One. So I figured, oh what the heck? For $15, I got 5 pizzas. We don't mind DiGiornio's. And I "doctor" them up a bit.

I've had the cold/flu for a week. I doctored up some boxed chicken noodle soup with carrots, celery, onion. It was pretty good, too sick to do from scratch and I hate anything from a can.

Those are the one kind that we really don't like. They are called Delissio in Canada but to me, they always taste undercooked even when the crust is crispy. I prefer Dr Oetker frozen pizzas.

We are having these weird pot pies. They are pulled beef poutine pies, topped with French fries.

It is now 7:30 P.M. Friday the 13th and I am starving! So, I just ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of Root Beer! Hand tossed crust with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Bacon, Onions and Ham.

And how sweet! When they asked for my address, the guy said, "Ohhhhh! I know you! You're the lady whose cat always tries to sneak out the door!"  I laughed and said, "Yea! Maybe you should bring him a treat!" and he said he would add a small side of ham pieces for the cats!

I'm thinking turkey meatloaf tonight.

Yes!  There was a little plastic container that had a small scoop of diced ham in it for the boys!  I didn't see it until after he left and I opened the box, or I would have tossed him a bigger tip!  Next time....

Reminds me, I think I will order pizza this coming week..if I order on Tuesday it is a special..

the time you order is the amount you pay!! only after 4pm though..but you can place the order before 4pm and pay $4.....good deal for all..

The dispatcher knows me!! I am too good a customer; although I have not ordered for over a month...

I did end up with hot dogs and beans... it was really good..

Wow, that's a great deal. I wish pizza places here did that, we pay that much (or more) for a slice.
