I did turn up for quite a few meetings in my last job with various important bits of paper chewed at the corners which didn't look too great. Just as well I wasn't looking for promotion.
I've just managed to avoid a few chewed book covers on library books.  Whenever my cats find something sitting where they don't think it should be, they decide it needs kitty staples marks.  I mailed a few Christmas cards with teeth marks in them, too!

Does anyone else have a cat that tells them to clean up their human mess?
Mouse takes about 2 seconds to get to any used cup or plate I have the audacity to put down on the floor rather than take

to the kitchen sink (and if he doesn't like what I've had he won't even let me leave it on the table)...  He starts to scratch and paw around the offending plate or cup and looks at me like I am the worst human he could ever have the misfortune to live with!  He only stops pawing when I pick the offending item/s up and take them through to the sink.  It gets a bit embarrassing when he does it and I've got friends in; he does it to them too.

Mine!  Me me me!  Mine do it all the time!  And not only that, they don't even like things left out on the kitchen counters!  About the only thing they will usually leave alone is the coffee maker.  They don't even like the toaster left out.  Everything MUST be put in the cupboard when not in use!

OMG, no way would Mouse let me have a coffee maker!  He detests the smell of coffee more than anything else I think.  Or maybe it's just my coffee, most people have a similar reaction when I make it for them.
My theory is he believes this is his residence and only his stuff should be allowed out.... sounds like your pack have the same cattitude.
Either that or they have sheep dog genes in them somewhere: a friend of mine had a sheep dog that needed everything tidy.  Everything in her house had to be in the right place and even things like bags of shopping had  to get put away imediately or she'd bark at them to try round them up.  If you sat in the wrong chair you'd get the same treatment!

No kitty cleaners around here.  The closest we have is when Noodles knows my husband is eating a bowl of ice cream on the couch.  She sits over his shoulder waiting for him to put the bowl down so she can lick it out.  Fortunately; he never leaves much.

Nap time!  One of my most favorite times of the day!  I decided to make some "fancier" sandwiches for the kids for lunch (which the ended up not liking!).  I enjoyed mine completely.  Now I just want some peace and quiet with a side of laundry folding.  Maybe some coloring if my eyes don't close.  Sounds good to me!

M&N have started begging for dinner; 2 hours early.  So right on schedule for Mooch. Noodles normally starts 3 hours before dinner.

Oh I love it!  None of mine try to herd me out of the room, thank goodness, but they have been known to give me the evil eye if I move them from a chair so I can sit down.  And one of my dogs thinks it's her job to inspect all the groceries before I unpack the bags! ...

I am now imagining @MoochNNoodles' residence being not unlike @katachtig's around meal times and wonder what I am doing wrong not to have this experience.  OK, I'm sure having only one cat helps but it can't be all of it.  Perhaps I feed Mouse too often, is constantly on demand while awake too often?

Oh some days they get downright theatrical.  They'll even dance and grovel.  They do have an order they eat in; but it's not so interesting as @katachtigs. Noodles knows if she trips me; I delay the meal.  The worst thing is; I have to walk by the cabinet their food is stored to get anywhere pretty much; so they always think it means I'm going to feed them.  Sometimes I even wait till they say please to put the food down.  I tell them "say please!" and they say "meeeow! so sweetly.

Dancing and groveling, I am so not accepting Mouse's lack of dramatic behaviour when it comes to being fed any more.  It is obviously not catly enough!

Ooh, and has anyone looked at the number of posts in this thread recently?

We are way over our target AND the previous total and we've not even been going for a week!

Wallace and Gromit have memorized their meal times as well. Every night when the minute hand hits dinnertime they'll run out meowing incessantly and sometimes even dancing on their hind legs, and their eyes stay peeled on the kitchen counter for about thirty minutes while I get ready to prepare their meal. The other kitties, who are less food-savvy (can you believe it?
) just stare at them like they're completely insane- which they may be!

@MServant  What a wonderful word- catly
You must train Mouse to be like the others, to dance, to grovel, to run, to sing, to dance happily at mealtimes- it's the catly thing to do.

I just want to mention that the hissing cat in the "You Broke The Rules" reminder is hilarious!  I find myself watching that thing and can't stop!

I just had a long day at work.....ready to relax and post and get cuddles from my two furry kids. I was out of town last weekend and I think my cats missed me more than my human kids.

Don't you hate when they don't like what you make when you put more effort into it? Nap time is one of my favourite times of the day too.

Today, I won a Yopa prize pack. I have no idea what it going to come in it. Yopa is greek yogurt. All I had to do was retweet a post when Canada won a medal.

A prize pack sounds fun.

We are expecting snow here over the next few days.  Great amounts of snow, that's what I'm hoping for.

No!  Boo!  Not snow!  We had just 5 inches over the weekend and it's got everything in a mess.  And the worst part is, we're used to it here!  Now it's going to warm up and we may have some minor flooding.  And lots of muck and mud. .

I don't even want to know what it's going to look like here when the snow melts. The piles around here are huge.

I am so done with this winter. I was excited for snow at first because I could take my daughter out to play in it. There is way too much for me to take her out in the yard, she's only 29.5" tall and probably about 15" of snow.

Watching reruns of "the big bang theory" I really like this show. Cats got mad at me for moving around and laughing too much and quit sitting by me

Congrats, Mrs. B!
Enjoy the Yopa.
My dear Bunny Rose continues to beg to be outside each and every day- she’ll scratch at the door incessantly until one of the other kitties comes by- in that case, she’ll follow them wherever they go. Her dream will soon come true after the catio finishes construction next week. I’m going to get some kitty-safe flowers from the local florist soon after it’s finished- currently have snapdragons, sunflowers and zinnias on my list. Any others that you can think of?

Not flowers, but my cats love the lemongrass in their enclosure.

Yes, things you're not allowed to do when the cat has decided to claim you.  You should see my knitting technique!!

I have Eastern Bearded Dragons running around my garden this year.. The cats are absolutely intrigued!  One of the things a dragon does is move it's arm around slowly, like he/she is waving.  And I've just noticed they're doing it when they see the cats watching them out the window!  Of course, they're not actually being friendly... it's a sign of showing submission.. but it does look really cute.

That's one of the reasons I have a rock issue (as in they're heavy and need to be put in all the right places)... the dragons like to hang out on them.  Just in case you were wondering.

I put out several bird feeders by my patio hoping birds would come and my kitties could watch them from inside the window.....I never see too many though, I think the cat's scare them away by banging on the glass when they come
