Well, Za is fixed!! She's been chipped,
ear tipped, spayed, de wormed de flea'd.
And, in an odd twist of fate, she bit the
vet tech who was working to sedate her
prior to surgery.
Long story short, she's in a large double
cage (two cages together) in the basement
of my house, for the next 10 days. Sigh.
So what to do with her? Let her back out
at Carradoc (where I trapped), give her
to barn home (co worker, very nice
and lots of other ferals all fixed at the barn.
but with a road that isn't that safe near)??
I am leaning toward barn home, where someone
can watch over her. She would have food,
shelter and other cats for company. Out of the
20 cats, I figure at least one or two would accept
her?? So she would not be too miserable?? she
is definitely NOT people friendly, nor likely to ever be.
Any input? if we do barn home, we will keep caged
for several days (so she learns smells etc.)
