could do no wrong.....I guess I am forgetting his kitten years!
Our current adopted cat, Buddy, has a way to go in that department, although I'm sure I will eventually feel the same way. He is much more vocal than Casey (which wouldn't be tough, Casey rarely "spoke") and eats like there is no tomorrow. I know he will settle down and realize that his food will not disappear. He is fun to watch.....he is like an acrobat!
Or, when they break something, and all you're worried about is that they don't get glass in their paws....or if they get sick on the white carpet and all you do is coo 'poor little baby, are you sick...how can momma make you feel all better"! And, when you realize you spend more time at Petsmart than Nordstroms!
My 1-year-old kitty woke me up at 2 a.m. the other night just lightly tapping me on the cheek over and over again. When I finally woke up and looked over at her I was like "What's wrong baby? Are you okay?" and after realizing she was just trying to wake me up for the heck of it, I patted her little fuzzy head and went back to bed.
