If it also comes with someone to maintain it all I will go with 2, 3 and 6. Maybe I would actually use home exercise equipment if it were in an actual room for that purpose.

Definitely 2, 4 if it was a tennis or pickleball court and 3 if you could freeze the water for ice skating.

Indoor pool, movie theater and game room. I was considering the gym because I would hope it would mean I'd use it, but I know I probably wouldn't.
I agree. I would not want any of those rooms. I would like a new kitchen, bathroom and a new bedroom.None of t?hose, please. But a bathroom reno would be great.
1, 3, and 6. I assume the game room would come with a ginormous TV screen and hopefully some pinball machines. Must have the gym and the pool would be okay.
None of them! Any of those rooms gives me the cold horrors. Just extra room for storage space in this tiny unit would be nice.

I'm not sure how graceful I will look getting out of that ball pit; but it looks fun! Since my kids got big I don't have an excuse to follow them through the fun play places.
Just 3, please. With lots of plantings around the room to warm the area up a bit.
