Hey there, my family and I recently found a kitten under our car, he really acts and resembles a Bengal with the long slender body and his front legs are shorter than his hind legs.. he also talks an awful lot when he wants to be pet or wants water.. What do you guys think?

I think he is a broken mackerel tabby, ie a shorthaired domestic with the tabby pattern.   Its common mackerel and classic tabbies have some spots on their tummy. It doesnt makes them into spotted cats.  To be counted as spotted, they shall have some clear and good spots on the body.

That said, he can have had a bengal as his natural granddad, he could.
