My new 2 month old kitten keeps sneezing, sometimes gets small snot under her nostrils, keeps getting eye boogers and sometimes forgets to clean anus and when she doesn’t clean it, there’s usually some green discharge. Currently, the air quality of where I live is around the unhealthy zone so I thought the sneezing and eye boogers might be allergies but the only time she’s went outside is when her former owners had her at a lake, which was almost a week ago, other then that she’s been staying inside. Is this normal for a kitten or is she ill? Should I ask my mom to take her to the vet?

Wecome to The Cat Site! While I am not a vet, I don't think that attributing these symptoms to the bad air quality is probably correct. This sounds like a URI, at the least, and another gastrointestinal issue. Two months is way too young to be able to handle this on your own or to hope that her immune system will fight it. Definitely get to a vet.
