Just wondering, is Panacur wormer safe to give to pregnant cats? I would like to worm both of my girls before they give birth but want to make sure it's ok.

Why not call up your vet and ask?
Better safe than sorry, and if not, maybe they have something that's safer to use. Also, your vet may be able to suggest the best dosage for a pregnant cat.
I had to worm pregnant Olivia recently. The vet said panacur is the only safe wormer for cats that they recommend. If you read on the panacur box it says it is ok for pregnant cats and how much to administer and when to work pregnant cats.
