12 week old kitty. I have non clumping pine litter for him but i use world’s best cat litter for my other cats which is corn-based. Most of the health hazards regarding kittens and clumping litter‘s have to do with chemicals in clay litter. So would a non-clay litter like worlds best be OK?

Worlds Best specifically states it's ok for use with kittens over 8 weeks, so I think you're safe to use for him.

Yes it should be ok because your kitten is old enough for the peices to pass through if eaten. One of the biggest concerns with tiny kittens using clumping litter is them eating it and not only getting chemicals in their bodies, but also having the litter clumping and getting stuck in their little intestines.
