Will be gone for 9 days.. What to expect?

Will be on vacation for more than 1 week and leaving 6 month old kitten home alone. She'll have 2x a day visits and be looked after. She is very close with me and I'm concerned about behavior issues while gone and when I return. Any advice or ideas what to expect?

Issues I have seen are the cat deficating outside the litter box while I was away - maybe from stress and anxiety. Everything returned to normal shortly after I returned.
