why does she hate others

I have four cats pepper, moby, plagg, and oscer but pepper hates all the other cats please help give advise

Welcome to TCS! I'm sorry that Pepper dislikes the other cats in your house. It would be helpful if you could give us some background information. For example, Pepper's age and the age of your other cats. How long has Pepper lived with you and was he or she the last cat you brought into your home? Was Pepper adopted/rescued or what were the circumstances surrounding him/her joining your family? Do your other three cats all get along? Do you have a safe place that Pepper can hang out in where he/she can have some solitude? I hope you don't mind the questions but knowing a little more about Pepper would help us to understand his/her behavior.

pepper is 3 moby is two and the others are under 1 all accept moby have been with us for their whole lives

and pepper hides in my bed all the time but plagg sometimes intrudes than pepper hisses

Did you do any sort of introduction when you brought the others into the home?
Are they all spayed or neutered?

they are all spayed/neutered yes there were intros they lived with us there whole lives

So it's probably nothing to be too concerned about, unless one of them starts to show signs of stress. Things like not eating normally, or having litter box accidents, spraying around the house, etc. Some cats just don't want the company of other cats.
