Oddly enough, I can use my bifocals...or I can take my glasses off. I often do, when I read.Originally Posted by Momofmany

Yep I'm more than 64 and glad I made it to this ageOriginally Posted by CruiserMaiden
I do not yet have a 5... but I will keep the thread moving (I'm 24).
Since we already have a 64 and a "More than 64", perhaps we should be going for anyone "More than more than 64"?
If you feel like you're already 80 when you're only 18, how do you think you'll feel when you really are 80? And how do you know what 80 feels like yet when you're not even half way there?Originally Posted by Mollysmom
If we're talking about what age we feel, I'm 18 but most of the time I feel 80.I don't know why.
And now I have a certain song (by Bobby Troup) in my head.Originally Posted by blueyedgirl5946

ROFL! Those are all good questions.Originally Posted by KittKatt

Well, don't fret about it too much. When I was 18, I joined the military and we did all sorts of crazy things like running down roads with combat boots and rucksacks. All that pounding really did a number on my knees and for the next 5 years, I felt like an old man and figured that I was probably destined for knee surgery before too long. Fast-forward about 15 years, and I actually feel a lot better than I did in my early 20's. I still have the occasional aches and pains, but nothing that slows me down.Originally Posted by Mollysmom

For my 18th birthday everyone asked me what kind of party I'd have, as it's a milestone I suppose, but all I could say was "NOOOO I'm getting oooollllllllllldddddddd!"
So anyway, I meant to say. Back in my day. . . . . . . . . . . .
They day I turned 64 (I still have a turntable), I dug out my Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band and found what I was looking for. I wonder how many of our TCS members remember the Beatle's song "When I'm 64". Great song, it goes "Will you still love me, will you still need me, when I'm 64?"Originally Posted by Yosemite
