I'll ignore the bacon, as a vegetarian.
And I had to google grits.. we don't have them here. I am just astounded at what people in the US do with corn (have I mention that I have a corn-based carpet in my yoga room?)
Since waffles are just pancakes with dents in them, I can lose either of those.
Pancakes. IDK, a waffle or French Toast are much better vehicles for maple syrup. Pancakes always feel so dense and heavy in comparison. Never make them

Grits. I actually just bought a box of instant packets because DD wanted to know what they are. She was reading a book and the characters were eating them.
the grits cause they dont look to be yellow grits next would be sausage patties unless they are maple ones last would be the juices coffee is more important for a good breakfast to get you started in the morning
FYI:
Grits = Polenta.
Not exactly but close enough. Grits are white corn, polenta yellow.
Polenta has more of a chewy quality while grits are smoother.
