When/whether to discontinue Feliway

I bought a pheromone diffuser (it's actually Comfort Zone, not Feliway) for when I brought my rescue kitty home four weeks ago, to try to ease her transition. Should I discontinue it now that she's settled in, or is there still a benefit to her of continuing? I have another month's supply so I'll at least use that but not sure if I should buy more. I can afford to continue if it helps her. I just have no idea whether it's supposed to be a short term solution or has long term benefits. If it matters, there are no other kitties in the home. Thanks!

Hi! If she's calm, eating, napping, using her litterbox, grooming, then you can stop using it, unless you find that she gets a bit more stressed again without it.

You could keep it on hand in case she's stressed by storms or other things in the future.

Another way to put it is that it depends on the cat, and it sounds as though yours is doing so well that she doesn't need it any longer
