Whats Wrong?

cat gave birth to 6 kittens about 10hrs ago but now she is panting and i can see her stomach breathing hard, is there another one in there? How do I know?
Can not afford a vet just lost job,
P.s.
Took in stray pregnant cat, if we can't figure it out will need to take her to Humane Society, and we would really like to keep her if possible, she is so loving

She may be about to have one more kitten, or she may be having after pains. These present like labor, and I suspect it's after pains. They can occur on and off for a few days after delivery.

Additionally, mom needs extra calcium now for nursing. Can you give her some diluted milk? It may help her panting.

Then, buy a can of powdered PetAg kitten formula at Walmart. It's $10, and mom needs a dish a day. Kittens can drink it too eventually.

Cats don't digest lactose well, so she cannot continue to drink cow's milk.

Are you feeding wet food and kitten chow? Mom needs both.
