How long has it been since you noticed this? It can be one of two things, ringworm if it was noticed a few days ago and new spots are showing up, even on you, or an old wound that is healing. With that 'ring' it looks like a fungal infection, like ringworm. But if it has been there for days or a week, it would have spread by now. This would require a salve from the vet, and any sleeping areas would need to be sanitized. if it has been there for a while, get some wound spray, for cats, spray it on a cotton ball or small rag, and wipe it. (cats hate the spraying sound) or put some human antibiotic salve on it, WITHOUT pain relievers in it. (that is toxic to cats. Any lesions on yourself, apply athlete's foot cream and keep it from spreading by covering it with a bandaid.

My first thought was ringworm. There is no way we can be certain though. That's for your Vet to determine.
