I have decided to have dessert on Monday nights so the last thing I ate was chocolate self saucing pudding with cream and a scoop of vanilla icecream. YUM!!

A roll with mayonnaise, mustard, avocado and meat and then 4 squares of milk chocolate.

Caramel, date and walnut slice ( slice is Ausralian for bars I think?) I just baked it and oh my goodness is soooo yummy.

Just finished my coffee. Co-worker brought in some donuts, so I split a sour cream glazed with him.

1 egg over easy in 1 tsp. no-salt butter, 1/2 cup broccoli with a lovely citrus pepper for seasoning. 1 oz. half and half with my decaf.

We've been trying to be better about it and have one slice with a large salad. We have also been trying to make sure it is a thin crust pizza and choose less fatty toppings. I could easily eat the whole pizza. :lol3:

I'm at work and they make pizza every day in the cafe. The pizza guy made me ONE special slice. I love the whole wheat crust but it is always a veggie pizza. He made me a slice with mushrooms , onion, peppers and pepperoni. I have eaten half , it is so filling.
