Leftovers tonight. There's still a hunk of coconut cake that has my name on it.
Delicious cod fish cakes are made with fresh cod fillets, potatoes, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, and egg. All mixed together and rolled in the bread crumb mixture to make a ball. They are really yummy. I did not make them though! I bought them already prepared. :lol3:What are cob cakes?
Mmmm. We have been on a cod kick the past few weeks, instead of our usual salmon. Yum. You sound like me. :lol3: In fact, Larry just complained that I spend more on canned cat food than his fish or steak dinners - ounce for ounce. :lol3: Yep - I would go hungry rather than have to change what my kitties eat. :heart3:I spent $86 on cat food yesterday. Tonight it's pork chops with three veggies.
I looooove apple butter bbq sauce.
She was lovely and we had a great time! The margaritas were delicious.Yum!
Pork chops are on our menu tonight. Not sure how I want to make them. I'm thinking of grilling them with my apple butter bbq sauce that I made last fall....I still have a bit left (I canned it in the pressure canner). Probably with green beans and pickled cabbage.
