Thanks for the name. I don't shop at Costco but I am hoping BJ's will have it.

They also have a rhubarb, cherry raspberry jam that is wonderful.

Hamburger Strogonoff for lunch and probably dinner as it makes a lot. One of my fave comfort foods.

Ummm, chef salad today, - lettuce, sliced radishes, chopped sweet pepper, and chopped up cheese and ham.

Two garlic and onion potato pancakes and some greek yogurt.

I just made 1/2 batch of these, as I was needing to use up some instant potato flakes which are about to expire.

Last night we had sopes with chili and black beans with corn. For Mr Jam Lord's lunch today I reheated some of the beans and corn with a spoonful of chili, topped with an egg over easy. And a few tortilla chips for crunch.

Pan-fried potato salad. I decided to cube and brown the boiled potato cubes in butter/oil. ....letting the potatoes cool right now before mixing into the (cold) seasoned dressing, hard-boiled eggs, celery, onion, and relish.
