Could be a Russian Blue or Chartreux, although I'm not positive. Looks to be around 4 weeks old.

Its impossible to say with kittens that young what look alike they will be as older.
He is still very young, 3-4 weeks, not more.

You must make sure you are very mommy to him!!!!

At this age, he is still growing and developing. It's difficult to tell whether he will grow to have a more slender build (like RB), be a "potato on toothpicks" like a Chartreux, or powerfully built like a British Shorthair. His breed would be blue Domestic Shorthair, as are most rescue cats, these are just breeds that he may grow up to resemble. If he were to have purebred influence, I'd put my money on British Shorthair, as he seems to have a broad face and wide stance, but these features could change as he gets older. He is very cute now, and I hope to see more pictures of him as he grows up!
