This coloring, a sort of dark point, is no true points, there are no point gene in here. Its caused by the so called fever coat. His mom had probably some infection or fever when he was in her womb. As he is healthy now, it had no negative consequences on him, and this coloring with disapper with time. He will probably remain dark, possibly grey / blue, but the exact color and fur lengh you will see in a couple of months. The eyes are blue probably because he is still a young kitten. I do dearly hope you are taking good care of him, and are very mommy to him. He is still just a young child. Verry sweet!

If they were really blue of the point type, then they would be red by flash, because the point blue is a sort of mild albinism. But this is a baby blue, no albino blue.
