What kind of breed is my cat?

I found my cat at 4 weeks old outside in the winter. He is not about 8 months old and I am not sure what breed he is. I was thinking nebelung but I'm not positive. He has a grey coat with silver like tips. A scruff on his neck. Long furry tail and long hair between his toes and in his ears .

Yes, he is a good look alike of a Nebelung.   But what he is, is almost surely a longhaired domestic, DLH, alike the great majority of all cats, as just a couple of procents are purebred or belong to a natural local breed.

You can if you wish call him for a Maltese cats, where ALL blue cats can count in. both these we  have difficult to put a definitive label on, as also all blue purebreds.  As they all were called so in the beginning.
