One of the kittens appears to be a brown mackerel torbie domestic shorthair, the other kitten appears to be either a tortoiseshell or dilute tortoiseshell domestic shorthair (it will be easier to determine the color when the kitten is older and its color develops more).
Is the last picture (red longhaired cat) the mother of these kittens? If that's the case, the red and white Persian in the outdoor picture is not the father of these kittens. The father of the kittens cannot be red/cream or longhaired, so the mother must have mated with a different male cat. The father is probably either black, blue (gray), brown tabby, or blue tabby in color, and is a shorthaired cat, probably a domestic shorthair.
The head structure of the kittens doesn't match the Persian male cat, either The father of the kittens probably has a typical domestic cat head structure, with a normal length muzzle.
I'll be curious to see some more pictures of the little tortie when her adult coat starts to come in, around 4-6 months old. It's clear that she is a tortie, but it's not clear in this pictures what her base color is. She could be a regular (black) tortie that just happens to have lots of red/cream on her (this can make the overall coat color look lighter), or she could be a dilute tortie, again with lots of cream making the overall color look beige or brownish.
