what is he?

mom was pure white with blue eye and gold eye. he has a big fluffy raccoon tail and hair very long on belly which gets knotted if not groomed. he kinda sounds like he has clogged up nose when he breaths but hes healthy.. any ideas? persian?

Lovely domestic longhair, brown tabby & white.  Can't see his side clearly enough to see what pattern tabby he is.  He looks nothing like a Persian, even a pet-quality one.  He has a normal-length nose, large ears and almond eyes - Persians (even pet ones) have a very short nose, small ears and round eyes. 

Mum was an odd-eyed white.

Oh my. With the expression on that cat face, I am sure he is a cat who can get whatever he wants.

yes he does!! and he is very vocal about what he wants too! lol he learned how to turn the light switch on and off in hallway so throughout the night the lights go on and off lol
